Thanos Chaitoglou

Thanos Chaitoglou has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in total rewards and people operations. Currently serving as People Director at Blueground since November 2020, Thanos has held multiple roles within the company, including Head of People and Senior Manager of various functions related to rewards and operations. Prior to Blueground, Thanos worked at Beat as a Total Rewards professional and at Nike in various capacities, including EMEA Compensation Ops Lead and EMEA Compensation Analyst. Thanos began a career in HR with an internship at the Greek-German Chamber of Commerce. Thanos holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's Degree in International, European and Area Studies from Panteion University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Journalism from Kentro Athlitikou Reportaz.
