David Williams

David Williams is a Senior Military Analyst contracted with BlueHalo, currently supporting the US Army Central Command in the G5/Commanders Initiative Group, responsible for compiling the Commanders' weekly Situation Report. Previously, William served as the Executive Director at Big Red Barn Retreat, focusing on veterans and first responders with PTSD and achieving Platinum Transparency Seal from Candid. As a Strategy and Planning Instructor at the Joint Forces Staff College, Williams trained emerging senior leaders in operational planning. A former U.S. Army officer, Williams held key leadership roles, including Deputy Military Advisor Group Chief in Iraq, G5 Chief of Strategy, Plans, and Policy for USARCENT, and has extensive experience from multiple deployments. Williams earned a BA in Political Science from The Citadel and multiple master's degrees in military operational art, human resources management, and military studies.
