Bill Martin

Bill Martin is a highly experienced military analyst currently serving as a Senior Military Analyst at Serco since July 2021. Previously, Bill held the position of Strike Group Training Coordinator at Tactical Training Group Pacific-Navy from May 2019 to June 2021, and served in various roles within the US Navy, including Strike Officer/Assistant Surface OPS at CCSG9 and Assistant Operations Officer at CNSP from July 2015 to May 2019. Bill’s expertise also includes experience as Deputy for the DDG 1000 Zumwalt Class at Engineering Assessments Pacific from December 2013 to July 2015, and Bill gained a Master’s degree in National Security Policy Studies from the Naval War College from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Bill was Chief Engineer on both the USS Bunker Hill CG 52 and USS Ford FFG, and held various other operational roles and educational positions in the Navy, culminating with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Boston University obtained between 1996 and 2000.
