Bilal Khan has a diverse range of work experience. Bilal started their career in 2014 at Chemonics International, where they held roles as an Operations Associate and Operations Consultant. In 2017, they worked at Torius GmbH as a Customer Service Representative. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Turner Smith & Co as an Operations Manager. Bilal then moved on to Tactical Resource Solutions, LLC as an Operations Manager from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they joined BlueJay Health, where they held roles as a Customer Success Manager, Marketing Manager, and Project Manager. Currently, Bilal is serving as a Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Innova Health since 2023.

Bilal Khan completed their Bachelor's Degree in BBA (H) from the University of Management and Technology (UMT) during the period of 2010 to 2014. Later, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued their Masters in International Business from GISMA Business School. Currently, Bilal is completing their MBA from the University of Management and Technology (UMT) starting in 2020 and ending in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Bilal has obtained several certifications. Bilal completed the "Critical Thinking and Problem Solving" course from LinkedIn in June 2023. Bilal also completed the "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" and "Foundations of Project Management" courses from Coursera in March 2023 and January 2023, respectively.
