Dave Skuratowicz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Dave started their career in 1994 as an Art Director/Developer at Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST, where they oversaw marketing communications and contributed to the agency's growth. Dave then moved on to Design Reactor in 2001, where they held various roles including Director of Motion Graphics and Chief Creative Officer. At Design Reactor, they led creative teams, generated project ideas, and managed the technical and creative departments.

In 2006, Dave co-founded 6Connex, a company that specializes in virtual experience platforms for hosting events. Dave ideated, strategized, and oversaw the product design of their platform, incorporating features such as video, messaging, and document sharing.

Dave joined BlueJeans by Verizon in 2015, initially serving as the Sr. Director Global Brand & UX before being promoted to VP of Product Design. In this role, they focused on exploring and implementing emerging technologies such as AI, AR, and 3D to enhance communication and collaboration experiences. BlueJeans was acquired by Verizon in 2020.
