Hannah Ives

Director - Customer Success at BlueJeans

Hannah Ives started their work experience as a Business Director at BT in September 2015, and remained in this role until October 2017. Hannah then served as the Head of Business Management, leading a team of 16 professionals, from October 2017 to January 2021. In this role, they worked with BT's major customers to help them achieve their digital transformation goals and drive value from their partnership with BT Global. Hannah also focused on improving client relationships and overseeing complex contracts with international government bodies, professional services organizations, and recruitment firms. From January 2021 to February 2023, Hannah took on the role of Head of Business Management - Vertical lead, where they supervised a large organization of contract management professionals, delivering complex global contracts to manufacturing, automotive, and logistics customers. Hannah provided commercial leadership on sector-specific contracts and drove transformation programs across BT Global to enhance customer delivery.

Currently, Hannah Ives holds the position of Director - Customer Success at BlueJeans by Verizon, starting in February 2023.

Hannah Ives attended Theale Green Community School from 2001 to 2008. Hannah completed their BA in History from the University of Warwick from 2008 to 2011.
