Chelsea Mertz

Chelsea is a Project Manager at BlueLabs, supporting team members and clients to scale-up their projects. She is passionate about implementing efficient systems and processes that are fit for purpose.

Previously, Chelsea was the Senior Project Manager at PAI supporting the implementation of the World Bank’s civil society engagement efforts in the Global Financing Facility for Women, Children, and Adolescent Health. Chelsea worked at Rotary International as an Agile Product Owner, designing and implementing a strategic management plan and roadmap for Rotary's online project management tools. She received a master’s degree from the London School of Economics in International Relations and Human Rights. Chelsea is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, where she served in Malawi as a program director for women's health and empowerment projects.
