Crystal Merino-Lawson

Crystal (she/her) is the Office Manager at BlueLabs. She has extensive experience in office management and operations. Prior to joining the BlueLabs team, she managed staff and building operations for several elementary schools. Her passion for systematic organization and acute attention to detail has been a catalyst in her ability to successfully streamline and optimize existing processes and procedures, as well as create new ones, to ensure efficiency within the office.
