Josh Raisher

A rare DC native, Josh is a DevOps Engineer II with the Healthcare.gov outreach team. After a ten-year stint in foreign policy survey research, he completed a software development boot camp and has been working with software and data ever since. Before joining BlueLabs he was working as a software engineer in Berlin, Germany, where he got into the habit of being punctual and wearing a lot of blacks.
