Jessica R.'s work experience includes a range of roles in the field of People Operations and Human Resources. Jessica started their career as a Benefits Administrator at J.Crew, where they worked from 2007 to 2010. Jessica then joined Estée Lauder as a Benefits Analyst for four years, focusing on corporate benefits. Following this, Jessica worked at Equinox as a Benefits Analyst, where they contributed to the company's growth and integration of new brands.
