Madelena Vidi

Madelena Vidi is an experienced marketing professional with a focus on customer experience and retention strategies. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Retention Marketing at Blueland since October 2024, Madelena previously held the position of Director of Lifecycle Marketing at Love Wellness from March 2023 to October 2024. As Director of Customer Experience and Retention at Collective Laboratories from September 2020 to March 2023, Madelena led customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels to enhance subscription retention. Earlier career experience includes roles at Mobify, where Madelena was a Customer Experience Manager and Account Executive, and various positions at The Pack and Vision Critical. Madelena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of British Columbia, graduating in 2012.
