Valerie Bourgeois

Valerie Bourgeois has extensive experience in legal and procurement management, currently serving as Responsable juridique & achats - DPO groupe at BlueLink Group since June 2014. In this role, Valerie is responsible for negotiating, drafting, and monitoring the execution of various contracts, ensuring compliance with GDPR for the company and its subsidiaries, managing purchases, and providing counsel to management and operational departments while leading a team of four. Previously, Valerie held the position of Responsable juridique at Amadeus IT Group from 1998 to 2014, where duties included the development and negotiation of contracts for services, partnerships, and marketing operations across France and Benelux. Valerie holds a DESS in Droit des Affaires from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, earned between 1986 and 1991.
