Nadza Durakovic

Nadza Durakovic has a diverse work experience spanning over 11 years. Nadza is currently serving as the Director at BlueMark, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, Nadza held the role of Head of Innovative Finance at New Ventures from November 2020 to November 2021. Nadza also worked as a Strategic Growth Consultant at New Ventures from June 2020 to November 2020.

From 2018 to 2020, Nadza served as an Investment Manager at Danone Communities. Before that, they worked at Tideline as a Senior Associate from January 2018 to March 2020 and as an Associate from December 2015 to December 2017.

Nadza has also worked as a Fellow at Confluence Philanthropy in 2015 and as an Associate at The Global Impact Investing Network from November 2014 to August 2015. Nadza gained experience as a Consultant at IOM from October 2014 to May 2015 and as an Asset Management Intern at Women's World Banking from May 2014 to August 2014.

Furthermore, Nadza's early career includes roles at Partners In Health. Nadza served as a Project Coordinator for the RESIST-TB and Dr. Salmaan Keshavjee projects from July 2012 to July 2013. Nadza also worked as an Assistant to RESIST-TB and Dr. Salmaan Keshavjee from July 2010 to October 2012.

Nadza Durakovic pursued their education at Wellesley College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. Following this, they enrolled at Columbia | SIPA from 2013 to 2015, where they completed their Masters in International Affairs with a focus on Economic and Political Development.
