Amir Feder is a proven finance leader with over 20 years of experience shepherding founder-led innovative organizations through hyper-growth. His career has included managing board and investor relations and successfully leading high profile 9 figure M&A activity and IPO readiness exercises. Through disciplined cash management techniques, tax strategy, debt and equity financing and partnering with executive teams, he has helped scale businesses and achieve best in class results. He has also built cross-border technical finance teams and operational departments inclusive of HR. Amir is recognized amongst his peers for driving business transformation on a global scale in order to increase revenue, optimize profits and achieve relevant KPIs.

Most recently, Amir Feder was the CFO of Hughes Marino, a leading regional commercial real estate firm. In his role, he led all aspects of the firm’s finances and partnered with the executive team to optimize margins and target strategic acquisitions.

Prior to joining BlueNalu, from 2011 through 2019, Amir was the global CFO of Droga5, an iconic advertising agency that recently was awarded Agency of the Decade by both AdWeek and AdAge and won Advertising Agency of the Year over 10 times.

During his tenure, the agency grew from 50 to over 700 employees and opened multiple offices around the globe. Amir handled fee negotiations and relationships with clients spanning multiple industries such as Auto, Bioscience, CPG, Fashion, Finance, Media, Retail and Tech brands. Along with overseeing the financial operations and the expansion of the real estate footprint, Amir also managed investor and board relations. His corporate responsibilities included ownership of the sale and acquisition process and the building of relationships with top investment banks, PE Firms, valuation experts, tax advisors, auditors, law firms and lenders.

In 2019, Amir led the 100% sale of Droga5 to Accenture in what is widely recognized as a landmark deal in the history of advertising.

Amir’s career has included finance roles at Disney, WPP, IPG, Publicis and Viacom.

Amir received his BFA from New York University and his MBA from Fordham University.
