Chrissy Koskovich began their career in 2008 as a Program Coordinator for Junior Achievement of Washington, where they were responsible for regional volunteer program management, connecting financial industry volunteers with classrooms to deliver financial literacy programming. Chrissy also coordinated events and fundraising efforts, raising over $500,000 annually. In 2009, they moved to Spherion as a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Microsoft Enterprise Sales, where they supported relationship marketing programs within Microsoft's enterprise sales teams, focusing on CXO/VP audiences and technical audiences. In 2010, they joined Synaxis Consulting as Regional Marketing for Microsoft Developer Experiences, where they were responsible for executing programs to drive acquisition, awareness, and perception shift across technical communities to drive Microsoft's cloud & enterprise businesses. Chrissy innovated and drove the DevUnleashed developer influencer campaign from FY11 to FY13, profiling 205 Windows 8 apps (FY13) and over 900 Windows Phone Apps (FY11 & FY12). In 2013, they joined Microsoft as an Audience Marketing Manager for Developer Experiences, where they were responsible for the acquisition and retention of technical audiences across Microsoft's cloud & enterprise businesses through mix of digital demand gen, content marketing, community relationship building, and business development. In 2020, they were promoted to Sr. Audience Marketing Manager for Microsoft Stores, where they were responsible for bringing new Microsoft products to market direct to consumers and small businesses with a focus on developing and executing a go-to-market strategy across digital and in-person channels. Chrissy led the Surface 2021 holiday product launch campaign, resulting in a 3X YOY revenue increase. Chrissy also facilitated an integrated marketing workstream for the unprecedented high demand Xbox Series X|S launch, which broke all historical console sales records. In 2022, they joined BlueOcean as a Product Marketing Manager.

Chrissy Koskovich graduated from the University of Washington in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication.
