Eugenia Hu

Eugenia Hu is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in conversational AI and product development. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Chatbots/AI at Quanata since October 2022, Eugenia leads efforts in conversational AI and specializes in large language models and neural networks. Previously, Eugenia held the position of Lead Senior Product Manager at Humana, where the focus was on Voice, Ambient AI, and Conversational AI Platform solutions. Prior experience includes a significant role at Centene Corporation as Product Manager for conversational AI chatbots, and positions at SAGE Publications, Owen Software Development Corporation, and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, where responsibilities included product management, content development, and data analysis. Eugenia holds a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
