Richard Bostian

Rick Bostian is a Navy veteran and senior advisor and contracts administrator for BluePath. Rick has over 30 years of Federal Acquisition Management experience, including over 20 years of Program Management and Contracts Management. Rick’s acquisition management experience includes analysis and implementation of Federal Acquisition Regulations, directives and instructions, data analysis, and solicitation development and contracts management. Rick was designated as a major weapons system acquisition manager for the Navy and is a DAWIA Level III program manager. He has a BS from University of Florida and an MS from the Naval Post Graduate School. Finally, Rick has leadership experience with highly successful Government small businesses including Kadix Systems.
