Peter Rauber is a seasoned executive coach and engineering leader with extensive experience in the high-tech industry. Currently serving as an Executive Coach - Preferred Partner at Bluepoint Leadership Development since August 2022, Peter also operates as a self-employed Executive Coach - PCC since November 2016, specializing in helping clients achieve their highest goals, particularly in expat and technical team management contexts. Peter's previous roles include Sr. Director of Engineering at Qualcomm Technologies International, LTD., where responsibilities included managing Qualcomm Research Europe and overseeing operations at Qualcomm Austria Research Center.
