Lois Kaznicki

Lois Kaznicki has over 20 years of work experience in various product management and technical roles. Lois is currently the Director of Product Management & UX at Blueport Commerce, where they have successfully executed the product vision to improve user experiences and increase conversions. Lois also implemented a new roadmap process to align the company's strategic priorities. Prior to Blueport Commerce, Lois worked at Cartera Commerce as a Senior Product Manager and Director of Product Management, where they launched the Citi Price Rewind loyalty service and led the launch of a consumer-oriented shopping site. Before that, they worked at Upromise, Inc as a Product Manager and Operations Director, where they led initiatives to improve performance and capacity across the company's systems. Lois also served as the Principal QA Engineer, leading testing efforts for partner billing and member accounting systems. Earlier in their career, Lois was a Technical Manager/QA Engineer at AOL and a QA Engineer at PureSpeech.

Lois Kaznicki obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from La Salle University between 1988 and 1992. Lois then pursued further education and received a Master's Degree in Government from Harvard University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
