Ulises Pallares

Ulises Pallares is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate in both the Evidence Generation Team and the Inclusive Practice Team at Blueprint since January 2023. Pallares also holds the position of DPPE Practicum Coordinator at the School of Public Policy & Administration, Carleton University, and works as an Evaluator on Open Government for the Independent Reporting Mechanism with the Open Government Partnership since August 2022. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant role at the Inter-American Development Bank, a Program Evaluator position at UNDP, and various advisory roles across organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank, International Organization for Migration, and the United Nations. Pallares holds a Diploma in Public Policy and Program Evaluation from Carleton University, an MSc in Public Policy and Administration from Universidad de 'San Andrés', and a BA in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires.
