Candi Xaysana

Candi Xaysana is a professional with experience in various roles within the talent and legal sectors. As the Director of Talent at Blueprint Equity, Candi oversees talent acquisition and management strategies. Previously, Candi served as an Associate - Go to Market at Bespoke Partners and held positions as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of James F. Watts and a Research Analyst at Robbins Arroyo LLP. Candi holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on Public Law from UC San Diego and is a participant in the UC San Diego Chancellor's Associates Scholars Program.
