Tiffany Harworth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development, employee engagement, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors since January 2024, Tiffany leads strategic initiatives encompassing the full employee lifecycle. Previously, as the Talent Development + Engagement Manager at Smith + Howard, Tiffany focused on talent management, performance management, and engagement. Other notable positions include Business Development Manager at Mauldin & Jenkins, Learning and Development Coordinator at Cobb EMC, and various roles within the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, where Tiffany enhanced member development and external relations. Tiffany’s earlier career involved fundraising and event management with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, American Cancer Society, and Special Olympics Georgia. Tiffany holds a BS in Exercise Science from the University of North Georgia.
