Alex Florea

Alex Florea has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alex began their career as a Senior Fellow at Margolis Market Information Lab in 2008. Alex then worked as an Intern at Open Prairie Ventures in 2009. In 2010, they joined Citigroup as an Investment Banking Analyst and later joined Ventas, Inc. in 2012 as a Corporate Financial Analyst. In 2013, Alex joined Enlivant as a Director of Strategy and Business Development. Alex moved to Care Capital Properties in 2015 as a Manager of Corporate Finance and Strategy, where they played a key role in building corporate finance functions and teams. Alex continued to progress with the company, eventually becoming a Manager and completing several important projects before the company merged with Sabra Healthcare in 2017. Alex then joined Blueprint in 2017, initially as a Director and later progressed to the position of Senior Director and Head of Capital Markets. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at Blueprint.
