Ryan Chase

Ryan Chase is an Executive Managing Director and Head of Market Strategy at Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, having joined the firm at its inception in 2013. With a strong focus on overseeing quantitative and qualitative valuation for real estate engagements and offerings, Ryan has held various leadership roles including Senior Managing Director. Prior experience includes positions as an Acquisitions Analyst at Ventas, Inc., where Ryan developed a Portfolio Comparison Model using Excel's VBA language, and as an Options Trader at Simplex Investments, managing trading applications. Additionally, Ryan served as an Intraday Futures Trader at GTI, LLC, and worked as a Credit Analyst at Banco Popular North America. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Real Estate Investment Finance from DePaul University and a B.B.A. in Management and Organizations from the University of Iowa.
