Scott Frazier

Scott Frazier is a professional with extensive experience in sales and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Director and previously as Senior Associate at Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors since October 2016, Scott focuses on navigating the competitive seniors housing and healthcare real estate market. Prior experience includes a role as Loan Officer at United American Mortgage and various sales positions at Anheuser-Busch, Uber, and other organizations. Scott began a successful career at Newport Beach Fire Department as a seasonal ocean lifeguard. Additionally, Scott contributed to academic research as a Research Assistant and demonstrated leadership as an Executive Board Member for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, successfully organizing charity events. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, completed in 2014.
