Neil Altieri has extensive work experience in operations, customer care, and construction. Neil is currently the Head of Operations and Service at Blueprint Income, where they are responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and processes to improve company performance and customer experience. Prior to this, they worked at MassMutual, where they held various roles including Director of Customer Care, Director of Life New Business and Underwriting, Director of Call Center, and Business Consultant. In these roles, they led teams, implemented robotics initiatives, and managed customer service operations. Before joining MassMutual, Neil owned and operated their own small home improvement company called Altieri Construction Services, where they worked on various projects such as kitchens, baths, roofs, basements, and more.
Neil Altieri obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Charter Oak State College between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Asnuntuck Community College from 1998 to 2009. Neil Altieri also graduated from Suffield High School in 1997, earning a High School Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Neil has two additional certifications: one in Embedding Strategic Excellence from Columbia Business School and ExecOnline, Inc. obtained in August 2015, and another as an Insurance Agent in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities obtained from the State of Connecticut in June 2021.
