Ricardo Diaz

Ricardo Diaz has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Since 2021, they have been serving as the Head of Blueprint Income. Prior to that, they worked at MassMutual as a Corporate Strategy Lead from 2018 to 2021. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at McKinsey & Company, first as an Associate and later as an Engagement Manager. In 2014, they had a summer internship at Henkel's Global Strategy Group as an MBA Summer Intern. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Corporate Development Manager at AVLA. Ricardo'scareer started at McKinsey & Company in 2010, where they worked as a Business Analyst until 2012.

Ricardo Diaz completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Chile, which they pursued from 2004 to 2009.
