Dr. Eileen Schott-Harborth

Dr. Eileen Schott-Harborth has over two decades of work experience. Dr. Eileen currently holds the role of Vice President, Head of International HR at Blueprint Medicines since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director, Head of International HR at the same company from November 2022 to January 2024. Previously, they worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Senior Director / People & Culture Lead, Germany from January 2021 to November 2022, and as Director / People & Culture Lead, Germany from February 2020 to January 2021. Before that, Dr. Schott-Harborth had various roles at Biogen, including Head of Human Resources, Germany from February 2017 to January 2020, Senior HR Manager, Germany & HR Lead, Austria from August 2015 to February 2017, HR Manager (R&D) - US HQ assignment from January 2015 to July 2015, and HR Manager (Commercial) from February 2012 to December 2014. Dr. Eileen began their career as a Consultant at LAB & Company in 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Friedrich Schiller-University // University Hamburg as a Research Assistant, University Lecturer, and Postgraduate from 2006 to 2011. Dr. Schott-Harborth started their professional journey as a Bank Clerk at Sparkasse Zwickau from 1998 to 2001.

Dr. Eileen Schott-Harborth holds a Dr. rer. pol. degree in Economic Sciences and HR Management from the University of Hamburg. Dr. Eileen also has a Diploma in Business Education & Educational Management from Friedrich Schiller University Jena. Additionally, they have a degree as a Banker from Sparkasse Zwickau.
