Marie Noel

Marie Noel has a diverse work experience in the field of Total Rewards and benefits. Marie is currently working at Blueprint Medicines as the Senior Director of Total Rewards. Previously, they held the positions of Director Total Rewards and AD, Total Rewards in the same company.

Before joining Blueprint Medicines, Marie worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as the Head of European Compensation and Benefits and later as the Director of Employee Benefits and Global Mobility Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading the strategic direction of global benefit programs and achieved significant accomplishments such as designing award-winning benefit programs and pioneering a culture of wellness.

Prior to that, Marie worked at MIT as a Disability Specialist, where they designed and implemented an effective disability leave tracking system and provided training to HR professionals. Marie also worked at Akamai Technologies as a Benefits Manager, where they designed employee benefit plans and integrated acquired companies into corporate benefit plans.

Marie's career began at CareInsite and Genetics Institute (later acquired by Wyeth) as a Benefits Manager and HR Analyst respectively.

Marie Noel earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Salem State University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990.
