Vittoria Pisano

Vittoria Pisano has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Vittoria began their career at Spencer Stuart, where they worked as a Research Assistant and Junior Recruiter from April 2006 to December 2007. Vittoria later transitioned to the role of Executive Search Associate for EMEA, focusing on candidate sourcing, selection, and placement for various industries. At Baxter International Inc., Vittoria served as a Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA from February 2015 to August 2016, managing full life-cycle recruitment and contributing to talent management activities. Vittoria then became an HR Manager EMEA, supporting the manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams from September 2016 to December 2019. During this time, they prioritized talent management, change management, and cultural transformation. Currently, Vittoria holds the position of International HR Business Partner at Blueprint Medicines, where they are responsible for recruitment and selection, talent program implementation, and overall HR operations and policy.

Vittoria Pisano earned a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from John Cabot University from 2000 to 2003. Vittoria later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis at King's College London from 2013 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a professional Advanced level qualification from the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2014.
