Jean Katsumoto-Yan

Jean Katsumoto-Yan, PHR is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various industries. Jean has served as the Director of People Operations at Blueprint since 2018 and has been responsible for managing the HR/Benefits department as well as developing and implementing department initiatives. Jean led a comprehensive process improvement and reorganization of the Human Resources Department and introduced the HR Business Partner model. Prior to joining Blueprint, Jean held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at BitTitan and Quantum, where they provided coaching and support to leadership teams. Jean also worked as a Human Resources Manager at BDO Seidman and Heller Ehrman, where they led review processes and managed LOA policies. Throughout their career, Jean has demonstrated proficiency in employee relations, risk mitigation, and performance management. Jean is a strategic partner to senior management and has a strong ability to identify organizational needs and implement business directives.

Jean Katsumoto-Yan, PHR earned a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Washington between the years 1982 and 1986.
