Caitlin Walter

Caitlin Walter has extensive experience in the title and escrow industry, currently serving as a Transaction Coordinator at Blueprint Title since April 2021. Prior to this role, Caitlin held positions as an Escrow Assistant at Majesty Title Services and First American Title, and worked as an Escrow Processor at Stewart Title for over five years. Responsibilities have included reviewing title searches, clearing title requirements, obtaining payoffs, and working with lenders. Caitlin also has experience in customer service as a Receptionist, managing calls, order entry, and scheduling closings. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Palm Beach State College and a High School Diploma from Santaluces High School.
