Rujula Lnu has had a diverse range of work experiences, beginning with their role as a Chief Financial Officer at Agency M - 1. Rujula then went on to work as a Finance and Accounting Intern at Detroit PAL, where they assisted with budget development. Rujula also served as the Professional Chair for the Alpha Kappa Psi- Beta Omicron Chapter, planning events for professional development. Rujula was a mentee in the Corporate Mentor Program and a Campus Outreach Ambassador at WSU PwC MPREP Scholars. Rujula was also involved in various leadership roles at organizations such as Blueprint for Pangaea, the American Association of University Women, and the International Business Association. Additionally, they worked as a Website/SEO Intern at the National STEM Honor Society. Currently, Rujula is pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Rujula Lnu began their education in 2015 at Troy High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Rujula then enrolled at Wayne State University - Mike Ilitch School of Business in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2023. At Wayne State University, Rujula is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems Management.

In addition to their formal education, Rujula has also obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they earned the Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy. In September 2022, Rujula obtained certifications in Big Data and AI-Driven Marketing Analytics, Hubspot Reporting, and Social Media, all of which were also obtained from HubSpot Academy.
