Jill Collins

Jill Collins has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Jill currently holds the position of Director, People Strategy Partner at BlueRock Therapeutics, where they started in 2024. Prior to that, they worked at SQZ Biotechnologies as a Senior Director and then Director, People from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they were a Human Resources Director and then a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Mimecast from 2017 to 2021. Jill also worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sanofi from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Boston Medical Center (BMC), including Staffing Operations Lead/Human Resources Business Partner, Interim Human Resources Business Partner, Recruiter, Human Resources Business Analyst - Benefits, Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, Operations Coordinator, and OD&T Programming Coordinator. Jill also worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Cowtan and Tout, Inc and as a Restaurant Manager at Catawba Corporation/Border Café. Jill started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Elderhostel, Inc.

Jill Collins completed their Master of Science in Human Resources at Suffolk University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Science in Management from Bentley University, graduating between 1997 and 2001.
