Kristi Steed is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards and People Operations at BlueRock Therapeutics since September 2025, Kristi previously held the role of Director of People and Culture at Notch Therapeutics from 2021 to 2025. During this time, Kristi established a culture based on core values and executed HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Human Resources Manager at University Health Network, where support was provided to various centers including Princess Margaret Cancer Center, and as Human Resources Manager for West Vancouver School District. Kristi holds a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management and Industrial Relations from The University of British Columbia.
