Melissa Colaluca

Melissa Colaluca has a strong background in law and taxation. Melissa began their career as a Tax Analyst at Deloitte Australia in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined Sladen Legal as a Senior Associate, where they remained until 2021. Melissa then moved on to BlueRock, where they initially worked as a Senior Associate before being promoted to the role of Associate Director. In their current position, Melissa handles various legal matters, including general commercial, M&A, restructuring, tax, superannuation, trust law, and succession planning.
