Ashleigh Olsen

Ashleigh Olsen has a diverse work experience in various talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Ashleigh began their career as a Receptionist & Administration at Bond Recruitment in 2008 before moving on to work as an Administration Officer & Temp Desk Consultant at QR in 2009. Ashleigh then joined QR National (now Aurizon) as a Recruitment & Project Team Coordinator, where they provided high-volume recruitment support. In 2012, Ashleigh worked as a Learning & Development and Contractor Engagement Officer at Anglo American Metallurgical Coal, supporting compliance, training, and development activities. Ashleigh later joined Fletcher Building as a Recruitment Consultant, providing end-to-end recruitment services across multiple divisions. Ashleigh then worked at BlueScope as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and Talent Sourcing Specialist, before taking on their current role as Talent Search & Insights Lead.

Ashleigh Olsen obtained a Graduate Certificate in Internet Communications from Curtin University in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2007-2010.
