Jill Harmon

Jill Harmon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Foundation Director and Internal Communications & Engagement Manager at BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. since January 2020. Previously, Jill has held multiple roles at BlueScope Steel, including Foundation Director and Organizational Development & Communications Generalist. With a background in the arts, Jill was an Adjunct Professor of Fine Arts at Metropolitan Community Colleges from 2010 to 2012 and contributed as a volunteer and Creative Arts Program Coordinator at Alphapointe, being recognized as the 2011 "volunteer of the year" for service to individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Jill's early career included Human Resources and Foundation Administration at Butler Manufacturing from 1999 to 2011. Jill holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, an MA in Education from the University of Central Missouri, and a BA in Fine Arts from Park University.
