Scott McDaid has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and resourcing. Scott has held various leadership roles in major companies such as BlueScope, Regis Aged Care, Spotless Group, Bupa Australia & New Zealand, RMIT University, Aurecon, BP, ANZ, Talent2, and Moore Stephens. Throughout their career, Scott has been responsible for transforming recruitment functions, implementing new systems, leading recruitment teams, and driving organizational change. Scott has a strong background in executive search, workforce planning, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Scott McDaid attended Edinburgh Napier University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Communication Management.
