Steven Bell has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Steven started their career in 2004 as a Graduate Management Trainee at George Weston Foods, where they gained experience as a Sales Representative. In 2005, they joined Oasis Asset Management as a MoneyOne Web Support Officer, focusing on customer support, data analysis, and report creation.

In 2008, Bell moved to BlueScope, where they held various roles, including Analyst - Energy Systems Development, Intranet Applications Analyst Developer, Business Analyst, Business Systems Lead, Business Partner - Steelmaking, and IT Product Owner - Steelmaking. Throughout their tenure at BlueScope, Bell successfully managed and contributed to several projects, such as the redesign of financial processes and the implementation of a safety and environment reporting suite.

Steven'sachievements include automating manual procedures, coordinating project resources, and achieving process simplification and efficiency improvements. Bell is skilled in project management, system development, data management, and reporting.

Steven Bell obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Wollongong, specializing in IT, Software Design, and Programming. Steven also holds various certifications in areas such as teamwork, self-awareness, collaboration, leadership, and productivity. Steven has completed certifications in Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, and they are currently pursuing a certification in Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, which they are scheduled to obtain in November 2023.
