Tanya Tankoska possesses extensive experience in marketing and customer service management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Contact Center Manager at BlueScope since July 2010, Tanya leads a team managing enquiries for BlueScope products, including COLORBOND(R) steel. Previous roles at BlueScope include Marketing Manager for Home Improvements and Commercial and Civil, where Tanya oversaw various marketing projects and initiatives. With a strong foundation in strategic development and execution from roles such as Segment Manager and Product Manager across multiple sectors, Tanya has also contributed to business transformation initiatives as a Business Capability Leader. Prior to BlueScope, Tanya held analytical and customer service positions at IMB Ltd, Greater Building Society, St George Bank, Telstra, and McDonald's Corporation. Tanya holds a Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of Wollongong.
