Monica Koodoo

Monica Koodoo, CPHR CLC, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at BlueShore Financial since March 2014. Monica has held progressive roles within the organization, including Director and Manager of Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Prior to this, work experience includes positions at Fluor Canada Ltd. in the Mining & Metals Division and roles at AADAC (now Alberta Health Services) and David Aplin Recruiting. Monica's educational background features a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and a Human Resource Management Certificate, both from the University of Alberta.
