Led by the Head Of Delivery and supported by roles such as the Sales Operations Manager and Line Manager, this team ensures smooth operational workflows, effective resource allocation, and adherence to agile methodologies. The Test Manager ensures quality assurance, while the Manager of the Centre Of Excellence advocates best practices and continuous improvement. The Director provides overarching leadership aligning the team's initiatives with the company's vision and goals.
