Manny P.

Manny P. has a diverse background in financial technology and payment processing. Manny started their career as a Client Relationship Manager at Deltek/Harper and Shuman in 1985. Manny then went on to work as a Product Manager at Advantage Systems from 1989 to 1991.

From 1992 to 1993, Manny served as a Project Manager at Advantage Systems, where they successfully supervised processes and teams. Manny then transitioned to the role of Director of Account Relationship Management at Advantage Systems from 1994 to 1996, where they managed high-level business relationships and achieved annual revenue quotas.

In 1996, Manny became the Vice President and General Manager at ADP Electronic Banking Services, and in 1998, they held the role of Vice President of Product Management at Metavante, where they directed a cross-functional team and managed a $7 million business unit.

Manny then joined Interpay as the Senior Vice President of Operations from 2001 to 2004, where they directed processing operations for payroll outsourcing and had P&L responsibility for a $46 million division.

In 2004, Manny transitioned to ACI Worldwide/P&H Solutions as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they had areas of responsibility including technical support, operations, implementations, systems engineering, and MIS.

From 2007 to 2013, Manny held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Primax & New England Bankcard Association, where they oversaw various areas of responsibility including compliance, client services, account management, IT, call center operations, risk management, professional services, and product management.

Most recently, Manny has been with BlueSnap since 2013. Manny initially served as the Senior Vice President of Global Account Management, Implementation & Support until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Product & Solutions Engineering, where they lead a team in providing an all-in-one payment platform that supports online and mobile sales for B2B and B2C companies.

Manny P. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Boston University between 1981 and 1985. Manny later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at Bentley University from 1990 to 1992.
