Shanti Kay

Shanti Kay has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on underwriting, boarding, risk oversight, and strategy. Shanti is currently serving as the Head of Underwriting and Onboarding at BlueSnap. Prior to this, Shanti held executive roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Executive Director of Underwriting & Boarding, Executive Director of Risk Oversight, and Executive Director of Transformation. Shanti also worked as the Director of Operations Strategy at Discover Financial Services and as an SVP at Bank of America. Earlier in their career, Shanti held various leadership positions at GE Capital, including Collections Center of Excellence Leader, PMO Executive, VP of Collections Operations, Collections Strategy Leader, and Portfolio Risk Manager.

Shanti Kay holds an MBA from The State University of New York. Shanti also has a BA in Natural Science & Math from Dowling College. In addition, they have completed the Management Development Course (MDC) and other executive education programs at Crotonville Alumni. Shanti has further obtained certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from GE Capital in 2006, and has completed an Advanced Risk Analysis program at New York University.
