Rebecca Decker

Rebecca Decker serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Bluestaq LLC since May 2019 and is a Member of the Board of Advisors at Pierce Aerospace since January 2022. Additionally, Rebecca has been a Principal Consultant at 2/RD Ltd. since December 2015 and previously held roles as Program Director at Catalyst Space Accelerator and Executive Director at Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation from 2016 to 2018. Prior professional experience includes positions at Alliant International University, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc., Booz Allen Hamilton, BAE Systems, and Boeing Company. Rebecca earned a Doctor of Business Administration in Marketing from Alliant International University between 2010 and 2015.
