Cherie Cole has over 25 years of experience across various roles in management and sales, primarily within the fragrance and beauty industries. Currently serving as Billing Manager at BlueStar Refreshment Services since October 2013, Cherie develops and improves departmental policies while training staff for effective implementation. Previously, as an Account Executive at Estee Lauder, Cherie managed significant payroll budgets and oversaw the recruitment of seasonal employees. Additional experience includes leadership positions at PartyLite, Stern Fragrances, and Adrein Arpel Cosmetics, where Cherie focused on training and business development. Cherie began a career in sales and event coordination with Parfums Givenchy, where a national sales training program was developed. Cherie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from San Jose State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from De Anza College.
