Matthew Olson

Matthew Olson is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in desktop support and systems administration. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer at Bluestem Brands since June 2011, Matthew leads a team of Desktop Analysts and Associate Desktop Engineers across multiple states and facilitates collaborative meetings for the Field Services and End User Support team. Previous roles at Bluestem include Systems Administrator, where responsibilities included maintaining warehouse facility equipment and managing print servers, and Service Center Analyst, overseeing a service desk operation. Earlier experience as a Bench Technician at BLM Technologies involved supporting hardware issues and executing upgrade projects. Matthew holds an Associate's Degree in Network and System Administration from Brown College.
