Robert Warshauer

Robert Warshauer is the current CEO at Bluestem Brands. Prior to their current position, Warshauer served as Chairman of the Board at MD America Energy, LLC from April 2020 to December 2020. Robert has also held the position of Board of Directors at Estrella Media, Inc. f/k/a LBI Media Holdings from October 2019 to September 2021. Additionally, Warshauer has been an independent director and chair of the audit committee for both BC Partners Lending Corporation and Logan Ridge Finance Corporation. Most recently, they served as an independent board trustee and chair of the audit committee for Alternative Credit Income Fund.

Robert Warshauer completed their undergraduate degree at Bucknell University, where they studied accounting and finance. Robert then went on to earn their MBA in finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
