Aimee Vandenberghe

Aimee VanDenberghe, LMSW, CDP, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in care management and operations. Currently serving as National Senior Manager of Department of Care Management at Bluestone Physician Services since March 2021, Aimee leads a team focused on delivering mental health services and optimizing care utilization, contributing to positive outcomes for patients within an Accountable Care Organization. Previously, Aimee held positions such as Director of Business Operations at AccentCare Hospice & Palliative Care, where oversight of operations and financial performance was pivotal. Aimee's tenure at BayCare Health System Inc. and Henry Ford Health System included significant leadership roles that drove employee satisfaction and enhanced care coordination.
